These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CountPal mobile application ("the App") provided by LAP Tech Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) and that you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
CountPal is a mobile application for creating, organizing, and tracking multiple counters. The App stores all data locally on your device and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

The App is available for free with advertisements. A premium subscription may be offered to remove ads and unlock additional features.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Ad content is determined by the ad provider and is not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any advertisements displayed.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is owned by LAP Tech Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, App uninstallation, or any other cause. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LAP Tech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAP Tech Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
